WEIGHT ADVICE pretty please?!


Question: WEIGHT ADVICE pretty please!?
I've just reached my goal weight (male 6ft 180 pounds - 161 pounds) I've done this by eating 1300 calories a day and doing 30 min of exercise!. My BMR is 1900 calories, should i go straight back 2 eating 1900 calories!? or slowly raise my calorie intake over the next (few days, weeks) to 1900, (obviously i will continue 2 exercise) also do you reckon it would be Ok if i treated myself to a Domino's pizza, I'm craving one big time!

I would slowly increase, because BMRs arent totally accurate and you might start gaining a little weight back!. Just slowly increase your calories and see how your body responds!. ITs definetly ok to treat yourself, you gotta reward yourself for the hard work!. Just dont order one everyday! its all about portion control!. Good work broski!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

its ok to eat bad food time and again but my advice is to slowly over the course of a month raise your calorie level but you may still put you weight back depending on your metabolisum, so to counter-act this, increase your level of exercise as you up your calories!. i find this helps to keep the weight from creeping backWww@Answer-Health@Com

no i think you should slowly raise your intake but try and not put all off the weight back on because alot on people tend to do this!. ye treat yourself to a pizza but not the whole pizza maybe share half with a friendWww@Answer-Health@Com
