Does this food plan sound like a good plan!?!


Question: Does this food plan sound like a good plan!!?
Hello everyone!. So far, I only had breakfast, but I plan on eating the rest!.
-Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat grain bread(saralee toast) with one scrambled egg with onions!. At the side I had some salted peanuts!. I drank 1/2 cup of Pink Lemonade!.
Lunch: 2 slices of SaraLee toast with a dot of LIGHT mayo(I hate mayo, ewww), one tbs of tuna, a cheddar cheese slice, lettuce, yellow peppers, and one pickle at the side!.
Dinner: salad with a little italian dressing, a little parmesan cheese, black olives, and crutons!. Ill also eat half a bread stick!. Then Ill have some Fetticuni(pasta)!.
Dessert: one caramel apple!. (One = 140 calories) (but I haven't had dessert for about a week)

Here are the questions I want answered please:
- did I eat healthy today!?
- did I eat enough!?
- around HOW many calories will I eat today!? (If you don't know how much calories I ate, say something like, "you ate around 800-1000 cal!." Make A Range!

You did eat healthy today however replace parmesan cheese with vagan white cheddar or regular, this has less fat and saturated fat! Crutons are not so good as well, and pasta is best left for lunch because it is heavy, unless eaten before 7:30!.

You surely ate enough, a healthy amount, not overeating or under eating, and I'd estimate you'd ate around 1600-2000 calorie range!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetie, it's good that you care about what you eat!. What you're having is pretty good!. There' so much to say that this space is just too small!. I can give you a link that will give you calorie & nutrients for the foods you eat!.
Also, there's a link that can tell you how many calories to eat daily to maintain your weight!.
Basically, from my experience, you want to eat small meals every 2,3 hours if you can!. Dont skip meals!. Starving is the worst way to lose weight!. Eat a variety of food!. No junk!. & drink a lot of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!.!.!. I can't really answer it in the specific details you're asking for because I"m not a nutritionist but what I can tell you out of experience is that the best and healthiest diet is if you eat all three main meals days but distribute their portions to 5 or 6 meals a day!.!.!. you have light breakfast with fresh juice, an hour or two later have some fruit, then have lunch (protein with either rice, potatoes, pasta, or bread - never mix in one meal) then an 2 hours later have some more fruit or a light healthy snack (a cold cut sandwich or tuna salad for example)!.!.!. then have dinner (salad and a sandwich or even a main course but not in big portions) followed by whatever fruit or chocolate or any other source of sugar intake you choose!.!.!.

Eating through out the whole day in reasonable portions works out your metabolism rate and gives you the best vitamin and nutrition intake without putting on weight!.

Never starve yourself from any cravings as long as you have them in reasonable amounts!.!.!. and of course exercise to add on to the health aspect (walking or jogging is the best coz they both work out all your muschles - swimming for your back) Www@Answer-Health@Com
