Really embarrassed, do I eat unhealthy?!


Question: Really embarrassed, do I eat unhealthy!?
Ok I'm kinda embarrassed on how I eat!. I think its unhealthy, am I right!?

Ok so I wake up at 6 am and I have breakfast at 7:10 am

Breakfast- 2 light and fit fat free 60 calorie yogurts (120 cal!.)

I walk to school which is about a mile away!.

I got hungry during class so I ate 3rd period which is around 10am
snack- 1 motzerella cheese stick (80 cals)

Lunch is at 1:00 pm and I wasn't really hungry so I had a few baby carrots (maybe like a handful so I don't know how many cals that is)

I walked back home which is again a mile

I was really hungry when I got home at 3pm so I kinda ate a lot which is really bad right!?
This is what I ate:
3:20pm- 2 pieces of whole wheat special 90 calorie bread (180 cals)
a kiwi (i think 50 cals)
and a light and fit fat free 60 calorie yogurt (60 cals)
I also had a few sips of fat free milk from the carton but I think that was barely anything so it doesn't count!.

I'm gunna go to my ballet class at 6:30 pm which is an hour long but I don't think I burn that much calories because we're basically at the bar the whole time working on our technique!.

Then around 8pm I'll have dinner when I get out and I think I'm gunna have one piece of steak with either a little bit of pasta or rice with a glass of water!.

Am I really unhealthy!? What should I change in my diet!? Oh and just in case it matters, I'm 13, 4'10 in height, and 80 pds in weight!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is not the good way to use ur meal because u use the wrong diet way !.

in the morning u have to use the breakfast which has high energy as cellular nutrition as ur breakfast !. if u still continue like this , i can make sure u that couldn't be concentrate in ur study and feel tired during ur lesson !.

besides that , sometimes u should be lack of memories and forget something easily aren't you !?

sometimes u are emotional like angry easily , right !?


then your lunch should be between 12pm to 2pm !. after 2pm , ur engine in ur body is started rest a while untill 5pm !.

and ur dinner should not be after 7pm or 8pm !.

if u are really to improve ur diet , i think i have to suggest u a simple and healthy way to improve it !. it's balance and simple cellular nutrition breakfast

Wow you so know you're thin!!!! and i think you should eat more for breakfast!. I'm fourteen and 5, 4'' and weigh 112!.5!. I'm not thin but I eat more than you!. You are growing and DEFINATELY need more calories!. over 500 calories is NOT enough!. You should be having like 4,000-6,000 calories a day!. dead serious!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not eating enough meat!.

Vegetarians take meat supplements because you need the proteins and irons that you get from meat to be healthy!. Otherwise you get sick!. ONE piece of steak isn't gonna do it!.!.!. try eating a whole steak!.
Eat all different colors of fruits and vegetables too!.

Honestly, you don't need to diet the way you are!. If you simply work out for an hour a day (5 days a week) you can eat the way you want to and still LOSE WEIGHT and be HEALTHY! All at once!

Not to mention exercise will cause your lifestyle to improve in so many ways!. You can't be healthy without it!.

You need to get more protein which you can get from meat, poultry, beans, eggs and nuts!. The only time you had protein was at dinner!. Also, you need to be eating more green vegetables: spinach, broccoli, zucchini- anything green! Also, make sure yogurt isn't your only source of fruit either!. It does not sound like you are getting enough calories for the amount of physical activity you are doing either!. Your weight seems like you are just petite- but healthy does not involve just your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, that FAT FREE garbage is why you are getting hungry!. Humans are designed to eat fat and in fact, you should be getting most of your calories from fat, not carbs!. You need to get metabolically typed to determine how your body metabolizes food, so you can make good informed decisions on what to eat in order to regulate your weight!.

If you are deficient in fats, your body will not make endocrine hormones!. Carbs are like the kindling on a fire; they produce quick, immediate energy, but that goes away quickly!. Fats, on the other hand produce long sustained energy, like big logs on a fire!. If you eat lots of carbs, low fat, low salt, you will end up being hungry most of the time!. If you eat good quality fats, you will not get hungry as often and be able to regulate your food intake much better and feel better ALL the time, not just after you eat!.

I lost 12 pounds by increasing my fat intake and reducing carbs!. Get the book called, "Life Without Bread" by Christian Allan, Ph!.D!. A very good book for learning what is good and bad to eat to manage your weight!.

Sweetheart I am sure that you are beautiful and if anyone tells you different tell them to kiss your a**!. If your doctor tells you that you are healthy, and you feel healthy, that's all that matters!. FYI- Most girls would kill to be your size!! SMILE! You are too young to be obsessing over a kiwi!!

Seriously, I wish America was more like Africa and other countries in the sense that big is BEAUTIFUL!! Our countrys thinking on weight is so twisted, we literally starve and hurt our bodies to be accepted!. Be good to your body!.!.!.it will thank you later when you are old and can function while all of the anorexic/diet freaks are either dead or bed ridden because their bodies no longer operate :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
