Continue to weight train and do core exercises!. This will up your metabolism to loose the extra weight!. When running do intervals: spring-walk-sprint-walk ect!. It burns more calories during and after then just a steady pace!. I can't give you a distance and time per day because everyone's body is different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
