How do I tell my mom the truth about her weight?!

Question: How do I tell my mom the truth about her weight!?
My mom isn't overweight really, shes just chubby!. Shes 5'4 and weighs 145 pds!.

Shes pretty and I think she'll look so much better if she would just lose 20 pds or so!. She always critisizing how she looks and she hates herself so I lie and try to cheer her up by telling her shes not chubby at all!. I do think she'd look great if she lost a little weight but shes my mom and I don't want to make her feel bad especially since she already doesn't like herself!.

She has a really fast metabolism and she weighed 100 pds when she was younger and she ate like everything but of course kids ruin your body!. I know it will come off quickly though because she doesn't excersise at all and she just eats a small special K cereal for breakfast and doesn't eat anything the whole day and then dinner she has a pretty big meal and after dinner she pigs out on ice cream and chips!. Just some simple excersise and diet will have her in shape in no time and I can help her but how can try to bring this up with out offending her and making her feel worst!?
Thanks!

(Oh shes 49 years old (but she serously looks 35, she has such a young complection) how much should she lose!?) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
you should tell her you want to exercise and ask her to go with you!.
don't do it straight up cuz it might be awkward!.

EDITTT:/// in that case, when she pulls out junk food, tell her you think it's really unhealthy//etc!. or maybe teach her to dance, or just go on walks with her after dinner so she won't pig out on stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
