Question: How is metabolism measured!?
For example, i know that when you have an athlete's metabolism you crap a lot!.!.!. so if you crap a lot does that mean that you have high metabolism or low metabolism!.!.!.and depending on which one is which!.!.!.how can you raise your metabolism!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think that craping has anything to do with metabolism!. You can raise your metabolism by lifting weights or doing cardio!. Also if you spread out your meals your metabolism will raise!. High metabolism means that you can lay in bed all day and burn alot of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
