Of course 99 pounds, but I am pretty short, around 5'2" the most, so 143 pounds for my height is too much!. By the way, I am not 99 pounds, my goal is 104, have been riding on my stationary bike for an hour and half every day, but haven't seen the result yet!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
