Why should I not eat whatever I want?!


Question: Why should I not eat whatever I want!?
It's a debate I have between me and a friend of mine!. We both take multivitamins, but I still try to eat right (cutting back on red meat, eating fruits and veggies)!. He on the other hand eats whatever he wants usually, no green stuff of any kind, and lots and lots of red meat!.
He thinks that he can get all this nutritional needs in vitamins and eat anything he wants!. So, my question is: Can I eat anything I want to eat as long I take vitamins, or should I continue to eat right!? I'm curious on what all of you think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no scientific evidence that vitamin pills provide much benefit!. In fact, some studies have found a detrimental effect of some supplements!. Unless a doctor has told you to take a specific supplement for some reason, e!.g!. to counter a specific deficiency, they are basically useless!. (I know several people will get angry at this answer, but it is true, ask to see the actual data by independent researchers)!.

Your best bet is to eat right!. Also, vegetables and fruits have other advantages beyond the vitamins/minerals they provide!. Your friend is 100% incorrect, but you are also wrong if you think the multivitamin is doing you any good either!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vegetables offer a lot more than vitamins as health benefits!. Choline, antioxidants, fiber, and not to mention filling your tummy with good stuff will keep you away from fatty junk food!. Eating a healthy diet isn't only about making sure you get all the good stuff you need, it is important to keep out the bad stuff too!. (Fat, cholesterol, salt)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No you don't eat anything it is dangerous for you ok !. i give u a suggestion you have eat green vegetables!. it is a best for vitamins
and you should sit in heat of sun for 20 to 30 minutes in morning

continue to eat right you us guys cant do what you ladys do we are so use to eating unhealthy that if we eat healthy well start getting hunger cramps and our life well jst be upside down take it from me my wife wanted me to start eating healthy and it didnt work out to good so try to convince him! but dont over load him with healthy items try to minmize it with salads a vegetablesWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can eat anything you want once in a while!. But if you will eat deep fried, McDonalds crap every day, you will not live past 55-60!. But then again, anything extreme is unhealthy!. Multivitamins meant to support you body, not protect it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If he eats a lot of red meat and no vegs/fruit, he is going to look and feel like crap in a few years!. Bad skin, pot belly, stick arms, no matter how many vitanins he takes!. Vitamins are a supplement to a healthy diet, not a substitute for whole foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

because you don't exercise!. if you run/swim/bike at least 3x a week, you can eat whatever you want!. toxic substances will just be released away from your body as you sweat!. too much good stuff is bad, just balance everything and live life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as the red meat is lean and as long as you eat in the right portions, it's Ok to have it 3-4 times a week!. I do and I've lost over 50 lbs since mid-May!.

You want to just load up on fruit and vegetables though!. And water!.

multivitamin pills are just to supplement your daily intake of vitamins!. it's not a substitute!. they're just to ensure that you're getting enough in addition to fruits and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can eat what you like, but you better make sure to work it off unless your like me and have a high metabolism!.
