Question: What have I done!?! I'm a monster!!?
I'm feeling extremely miserable right now and I'm about to cry!. I've been battling weight gain for the past 3 years!. I was 110lbs and I've shot up to 1705lbs!. I'm 5'3"!. I'm a mess!. I just ate my LeanCuisine for lunch and was still hungry so I went McDonald's (I know what you're thinking) and get 10 piece chicken nuggets, medium fries, and an iced coffee and I demolished it all!. I can't believe I just did that!. It's like I had no control over myself!. I feel like s*** cuz I know what I just did to my body is terrible! I'm starting to think I have a food addiction!. What do I do!? I do this all the time!. I over eat!. Then I cry!. Then I starve for a day or two!. Then I over eat again!. It's a never ending cycle!. How do I get help!? Am I just a wimp cuz I can't control myself!? When I was 110lbs!. I could go all day without eating anything or just a sandwich or something!. I was happy and thin and I really wish I could go back to that!. Please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think you really need help hun, what your doing to not only dangerous but could lead to a much more serious eating disorder if you carry on!.!.!.

You are certainly not a wimp, there are many, many people with eating issues!. Which come in all forms!.!.!. I really do suggest speaking to your Doctor, a health professional or a school nurse if you can't talk to a parent or friend about it!.

What you are doing is only making it worse, starving your self will just slow down your metobalism and then when you over eat your body can't burn all that energy and will just store it as fat!. You just need to balance your diet, it's okay to pig out every now and then and you shouldn't feel guilty!. I usually maintain a diet 6/7 days a week then pig out for that last day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Too late, there's nothing you can do about it!. You should run on the street to lose weight!. Just make sure the whole town won't chase after you with pitch forks and torches if they see you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have some insulin issues!. I was like you, around 115 pounds, then suddenly my weight jumped to almost 160!. My body produces too much insulin, so until I lost the weight and went on medication (Metformin and the birth control pill Yaz), I was constantly craving bad foods due to the spikes in my blood sugar and insulin levels!.

Try a short-term low carb diet to see how you feel, but don't make it long-term!. Just do it until you feel the cravings subside!. If you'd rather not do low carb, then try eating no more than 20-30 grams of net carbs every 2-3 hours!. MAKE SURE YOU EXERCISE!. 30-45 minutes of walking per day!. You can try jogging once that gets too easy, but don't worry about jogging for 30 minutes straight!. If you're just starting out, some exercise is better than nothing, and you'll do nothing if you set unrealistic goals!. If you do have insulin issues, exercise helps immensely by allowing your cells to utilize the insulin and process the glucose in your bloodstream!.

Most importantly, get yourself to a doctor and ask to get your glucose and insulin levels checked out!. If you're female, also ask about hypothyroidism and PCOS!.

We've all been there, no matter what you weigh!. First, I used to binge and not eat anything for the next day and I'd begin the cycle all over again!. You can't do this!!! You're just going to keep overeating and it makes the fact that you starved yourself the next day unnecessary!. I exercise 5 times a week and eat between 1500-1700 calories!. On the weekends, I eat pretty much anything I want so that by time Monday rolls around again, I've had my fill!. This has helped me to maintain my weight!. You might want to go with one day of pigging out and 6 days of simply watching waht you eat!. Eat every few hours!. I eat 4 times a day and except for breakfast, rarely feel hungry!. try an eating schedulein which you have a decent sized breakfast and eat every 3-4 hours!.!.!.I promise you won't feel as hungry through out the day!. But please, stop starving yourslf! Even if you pig out one day, just start anew!.!.!.it'll get easier I promise!. Also, I suggest getting an online weight loss buddy so you feel more accountable for what you're eating!.!.!.the buddy can be anonymous, just like we're talking over the net right now!. Casue you know you'll have to fess up to what you ate, so it'll mean you'll eatch what you eat more often!. Good luck to you!
