Question: If I do 500 calf raises a day will that help my 40 yard dash and squat!. !?
If I did 500 for a month will it do anything!. How about 1,000!. I want to try it for a month and see what it does to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are better off doing short, explosive calf raises with extremely heavy weight!. High reps = endurance!. Low, explosive reps = power and speed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not going to gain anything!. actually you would be hurting your calf muscles doing that much!. That is called over training, and will deteriorate the muscle!. If you are going to workout, you are going to have to learn to do it smart and do it right!. Dont be a fool, you will only hurt yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, but you can try!. If you want to produce more power do exercises that work your hamstrings, hips, quadriceps, and abs!. Calfs are mostly slow-twitch but can produce some power in running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds stupid to me!. Why not work out like a normal person!. If you want to help your dash!. Then do sprints down hill to lengthen your stride!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
