Question: A couple of questions about weight and diet!?
i want to ask whether 145lbs is too heavy for a 17 year old thats 5foot 8!?!?

or if it is a little heavier than the norm what would be the best way of losing those extra pounds because ive begun my winter downhill spiral where all the rich creamy foods appeal to me and i always feel hungrier in cold weather!.

how can i avoid eating all these rich foods!. i cant find the motivation because under a million layers of jumpers no one can see me expanding, is there anything filling and yummy that isnt full of tonnes of calories sugars and fat!?

That is a perfect weight!! dont change a thing, thats what winter is for you need a bit of insulation lol!. a filling food would be promax meal bars!. You can buy them at holland and barrets or boots!. They are protein bars that come in chocolate or chocolate and orange flavour!. They have no saturated fat and are full of essential vitamins and minerals aswell as protein which is a filling food good luck xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

The rule of thumb is 100 pounds if you are 5 feet even and 5 pound for every inch over that!. So, at 5'8", you should be 140!. If you are big-boned, add 10%, so you could range up to 154!. You are fine!.

To lose a few extra pounds, try eating mostly green vegetables and lean meats (skinless chicken, turkey or fish)!. Skip all white foods (bread, potatoes)!. To satisfy your need for creamy food, try drinking a low cal smoothie of soy powder, yogurt and Splenda blended up with an ice cube!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hon you are just fine idea weight for me who is 5'6 is 150-160 pounds according to my doctor so your a couple inches taller than me so your good! Just watch what you eat to advoid gaining weight you don't want to say no to junk food, soda, eat veggies, fruit, lean means, lots of water and get in some exercise!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're right at the norm!. Just try to stay away from the winter foods!. Make a list of food that you can only have one serving of, once a week!. Something filling and yummy that isn't full or calories sugars and fats!? I know of nothing but fruit that fits that description!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't try during winter, okay!? You don't honestly need to lose weight! You're fine :) but, maybe you could say!.!. Eat low fat icecream instead of regular!? and stuff like that!. Just little things your body will thank you for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
