Question: I have to do a 20 minute run in gym class today!. Any tips!?
I'm not exactly the best runner in the world so any advice would be appreciated!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should pace yourself!. Take small steps but whatever you do don't stop running!. If you have to stop, jog really lightly on the stop until you can start running again!. If you stop, you'll lose your momentum and find it really hard to start up again!. Also, run with a friend!. It makes the twenty minutes pass much quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take along your ipod or music player and listen to it while you run, it will help keep your mind off of the exercise!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
