Question: I Just Ate This And I'm Going To Bed!.!.!.Is It Okay!?
i had to work out at 9 because i was busy during the day!.!.!.but!.!.!.i sorta had a hungry attack!.!.!.
i had!.!.!.

teaspoon of peanut butter
two tortilla chips with salsa
1/4 of a cookie
one teaspoon of protein shake mix (i was too lazy to make it)
half a plum
a cup of cold skim milk!.!.!.

i just had to have something in my mouth!.!.!.
going to bed in an hour!.!.!.
will it jeopardize my chance to lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol!.!.!.geez!. You should just made a sandwich!. You would have been better off!.!.!. A piece of lean lunch meat on a slice of whole grain bread would have been way better for you!. I usually work out from 9-11pm I understand how hungry you can get!. It is really hard because its rigt before bed!. Good news is, you always have the "after burn" on your side!. Dont sweat it, but dont make it a habit!. Eat fat free protien (beans) if your really hungry!. It will help mend your muscles while you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a rule you're not supposed to eat right before you go to bed because the body doesn't have a chance to burn the fat!. I don't think your diet is completely screwed, but I would say you definitely lost what you gained by working out today!. Next time you get a hunger craving after working out eat fruits and veggies;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't make it a nightly habit, it shouldn't have too much bearing if any on your weight, but from now on try not to eat past 8 if you can help it b/c is can slow down your metabolism over the long run!. Try to get in six small meals to avoid those night cravings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one day isn't really going to do much!.!.just make sure that it doesn't become your daily habit!.!.eating before you go to bed will jeopardize your chances of losing weight, and besides its just not good and healthy!.!.so ya once in a while is ok, but not everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you will be fine!. my doctor sais to wait about an hour after you eat to go to bed!. just to let the food digust and not turn to fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
