How the heck do celebrities do it & what is a good weight for my height?!


Question: How the heck do celebrities do it & what is a good weight for my height!?
I'm 5 foot even!. I weight 132 lbs!. I've been losing a lot but I don't feel like I've lost enough!. What should I weigh!?

And does anyone know how celebrities REALLY stay so slim!? Or web sites that tell their secrets!?

Part of why/how they stay in shape is that it is part of their job!. As you know celebs get scrutinized for being out of shape, having some flab here and there, that pap getting that shot of cellulite!.!.!.

I am a personal trainer as well as an ex-model and I can tell you, that if you want to look like that it has to become part of your lifestyle!. It is not some magic pill or secret foods they eat, it is their life!. When working on a film or doing a big shoot, it can take anywhere from 10-18 hours a day, so staying in the best shape possible is past/present thing, you don't always have time to work out!.

Congratulations on your weight loss already!. A healthy weight for your height is between 100-115!. I suggest you watch your diet!. Don't cut too many calories however, keep it healthy!. Do cardio!. Without cardio, you won't burn off that fat that has been sitting there!. It's a lot easier to put fat on than take it off!. Also don't forget to weight train!. The more muscle you have the higher your basal metabolism is going to be!. That way you keep burning those calories throughout the day!. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on what celebrities look like!. They have personal trainers and dietitians and work out 4 hours a day - that's what I heard Jessica Alba did after she had her baby to get back slim!. They don't have real jobs or school and homework!.

As for you, I don't know how old you are - but when you hit your teens, you'll probably slim down some!. Just watch the sodas, chips, fast food, french fries, etc!. Try to do some exercise every day!.
