How do I gain 10 lbs as soon as possible?!


Question: How do I gain 10 lbs as soon as possible!?
I am a 16 year old Junior in high school and I weigh 128-130 lbs!. I am 5'10 and 130 lbs is kind of light for that height!. I play baseball and I need to get a little bigger!. At least put 10 lbs on, maybe more!.

What should I eat and how many times a day!. Like protein and carbohydrates!? What are some good, common food that had a lot of those in it!? What are other good ways do gain weight quickly!. I workout 2-3 times a week but I cant seem to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You obviously need to start working out if you aren't already!. And make sure you eat alot!. At your age im sure your body can handle quite a few extra calories!. Make sure you eat alot of carbs and protein and not to much fat!. When i wanted to gain wait id make these killer weight gainer shakes out of Chocolate Whey protein, Peanut butter, oats, banana and milk!. All in all it worked out to be about a thousand cals in one shake and i put on some pretty good pounds that way and none of it was fat!. Just keep active, lift weights and eat eat eat and you will gain weight!. Also try going on a site that calculates your daily caloric needs for weight maintenance!. Once you find out how many cals you need a day to maintain your current weight, just add about 400 cals to that and you should be ok!. YOu always need to take in more calories than your body burns in a day in order to gain weight, if you don't you will go nowhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rule 3- Eat 5-6 meals a day
Rule 4 - Have high protein in each meal
Rule 5 - workout thrice a week and use compound movements

Eating will make you fatter!.!.!. Exercising will give you muscles which weigh Alot!. so just stick at the Gym and i suppose you could gain stones of muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to make sure that you are eating enough calories!. If you are not eating as many calories as you are burning with the amount of activity you're doing you may even lose weight, no matter how much muscle you're gaining!.

Never eat less than that number!! It doesn't really matter where you calories are coming from, but peanut butter is rich in calories and protein and is a pretty good way to add calories to your diet at the end of the day if you haven't reached that magic number yet!.

If you want to gain weight and don't care whether it's fat or muscle, keep in mind that for every 3500 calories you eat over the number of calories you burn in a day (your BMR, the number you calculated before) you will gain 1 pound every time!.

If you only want to gain 10 lbs of muscle, it is crucial that you maintain a good intake of essential fatty acids, protein and amino acids!. Some of the best sources of fatty acids are nuts and fatty vegetables (Peanut butter and avocados are AWESOME sources) Most seeds contain essential fatty acids as well!. But, as you know, it can be really tedious to go around eating nuts all the time!.
