Question: How do lose 20lbs in about 25 days!? [please help]!?
I have a really important event and I NEED to lose 20lbs!.
Dont tell me I dont need to, cause I do!.
Anyways, anything!?
Will the 2468 diet work!?
[200 calories one day, 400 the next, 600 the next, 800 the next, repeat]!.
How bout a 10 day fast!?
I'll try anything!.

Even if you were able to starve yourself and lose the 20 lbs!. in 25 days, you would not only cannibalize your lean muscle (see: that skinny girl who still looks fat/has sagging skin), but you'd also most likely gain it all back and then some once your metabolism adjusted to eating normally again!. I've tried the crash diets, and trust me, it's better to just work at it slowly!.

Remember that the 25 pounds did not come on in 20 days, and it likely won't come off that quickly!. Your best bet is to cut 350 (or even up to 500) calories from a 2,000 calorie-per-day diet, and work out daily with an aim of burning 350 calories per day!. This will "cut" 700 calories a day from your diet, helping you lose about a pound or two every five days!.

If you are working out, your body will start to reshape itself in a month!. You might not lose all 25 pounds, but you might acquire 5 pounds of lean muscle in that time which, in turn, will burn even more calories!. With more lean muscle, you will burn inches faster than you will pounds, so you might drop three sizes but only lose 5-7 pounds!. The best part of having lean muscle is letting it burn calories while you're just sitting there!. :)

You'll look sexiest if you've worked hard for your body!. :) Remember, weight is just a number - what matters most is your body fat percentage and your measurements!.

i know how your feeling and researched the same thing for awhile where i came to the master cleanse!.!. just google it!.
you can do it for 10 days minimum and you seriously lose 20 pounds because all you drink is this lemonade stuff a bunch of times a day!.!. i tried it but i didn't have enough will power to stay on it for more than 3 days lol!.
you have to be careful coming off the cleanse though when you get back into food becuase it will be painful on your stomach!. and most likely you will put the pounds back on!.!. but with lots of excersise and determination i think you can do it just remember to stay focused!. LMAO!. Don't fast! Fasting does NOT work!. The first thing which happens when fasting is you lose your development in your muscles!. If you feel the need to fast to have a so called "perfect body" then you need some desperate help!. Skinny girls aren't as attractive as real girls!. DO NOT fast!. If you want to lose weight and reduce your stomach, use a belt which clenches your stomach!. Or ofcourse medical sugery!.
