your answer is: squats, leg lunges and lots of lots of sit ups!. Also throw some cardio in there, try and do 30mins 3 times a week!. Squats and lunges help your thighs and butt, trust me, if you do enough you'll feel it!!!! Eat healthy, don't snack!. Try not to eat out too much, drink plenty of WATER (not juice, coffee, sports drinks etc) Try low fat options where possible such as skim milk!. But still treat yourself!. Have you tried callanetics (beginning and advanced)!? I really helps lift the rear end, flatten your tummy, and tone your thighs as well as the rest of your body!. For flat stomach, You should eat more fiber and not to eat a lot!.!.change your eating habit to 5x small meals rather then 3 big meals a day!. always make sure you eat healthy!. for lifted bottom, try the squat exercises!. for toned thighs, do some legs exercise and use the thread mill!. try do some aerobics!.!. kick boxing is the best for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3!. don't eat near bed time
4!. exercise or walk daily for 30!. mins or more
5!. don't sit around after eating
6!. don't always eat one thing for three meals, e!.g eating an apple for breakfast, lunch and dinner LOL
7!.eat plently of oats, vegies and fruits!.

100 situps every day!. Don't eat chips, pop, food with fats and eat healthy!. Run 30 minutes every day!. Trust me and I mean it, trust me and you'll see what I mean!. lol
