How often can i work my forearms?!
Question: How often can i work my forearms!?
im just starting to work my forearms by doing some wrist rolls (the one with the string attached to the weight and bar) and im wondering if i can work forearms like 5x a week since its a small muscle or should i just do it maybe 2x a week!? ( im going heavy to gain mass)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No - it's still a muscle and needs recovery time!. I do mine 2-3 times a week!. It's the very last routine I do for the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
