I would say that it just normal, also the foods you are eating could me an influence on it!. But if your just starting to feel like this starting this year it could be to a hormone imbalance!. I would talk to your physician about it just to see what is said!. Your not old, but it could relate to age due to your hormones too!. Also changing your routine once a month to less stimulating workouts could help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I haven't had mine in a while but I often feel sluggish during it too!. I think that's pretty normal!. Let your body get that rest!. You work out hard the rest of the time - once a month, take a break!. I mean, you *are* losing blood and that's going to tire you out!. Take a few days off!. Go for long walks instead of weight training, and skip the running!. It won't kill you to take it easy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should ask a personal trainer or doctor!. it might just be the change in your hormone balance or what you eatWww@Answer-Health@Com
