Am i eating healthy.....?!


Question: Am i eating healthy!.!.!.!.!.!?
ive been feeling really tired these days!.!.!.!. and ive even been on iron pills!.!.!. my blood also came out to be normal and i dont have less blood in my body!.!.!.!.so im confused and am wondering if im eating healthy!.!.!.!.!. i am 65in and am about 155lb!.!.!.!.!. i honestly have been having a lot of sweets lately!.!.!.!. like 1 piece of cake and a piece of apple pie a day!.!.!.!. ive been having cheese once and day and have been having carbs too!.!.!.!. i have about 1 to 2 vegetables cooked however and have 1 fruit a day!.!.!.!. could that be why i am tired!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should always strive to eat a balanced diet with carbs fats and proteins, and you should try to eat as little junk food as possible!. Its ok to have a little each day, but if you have a piece of cake one day, skip the apple pie and vice versa!. Cheese is good when eaten in moderation, because it has calcium!. Check the serving size on the back of package, its usually a lot smaller than you think it would be!. Make sure you get a couple of servings of lean protein (fish, turkey, chicken, lean beef)!. I'm sorry, but eating cake and pie everyday is not eating healthy!. Sugar takes you to a high and brings you down quicker than it brought you up, you will be tired!. Eat veggies, multigrains, nuts, fruits low in sugar, and take a vitamin everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you're eating a lot of quick carbs and aren't exercising!.

Both of those mean you'll be more tired!. Eat a balanced diet and start exercising regularly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
