Home work out routne?!


Question: Home work out routne!?
Im almost 16 and i wanna loose some body fat and start building up my mucles!.
I dont get alot of exersize apart from rideing my bike to and from school!. I try and do about 30 pressups and 150 situps a night!.
But some nights i just cant be botherd because i cant realy see any improvements!.

I need a workout routiene that i can do at home without any equipment, i mostly wanna loose fat on my upper body and build up more mucle in my arms!. I cant find any so im hopeing the kind community on yahoo answers will help me out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO ABOUT 3 sets of 35 push ups, take as much time as you need between sets, get an ab wheel and do as many as you can in three sets like 3 sets of 5 or 3 sets of 10 whatever you can do to start and work your way up, and leave your bike at home and jog to and from school!.by spring you will have strengh and endurance, and the body you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
