Im 14 years old, 4'11 and female!. Why is my RDI 2000 - 2200 calories but I can only eat about 1800 without getting fat =[

Is my metabolism still slow (anorexia 2-3 months ago)

depens whats in those calories-if its all carbs u will gain weight!.split the calories with a healthy balance of carbs-proteins and good fats!.after anorexia ur metab will take time to get back into shape!.if u dont wna gain weight-u must control the calories and carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
