What type of exercises?!


Question: What type of exercises!?
i started doing weight lifting and so far my biceps look like they r doing fine,i was wondering what type of weight traning exercises can i do to increase my chest muscle and get rid of my man boobs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi there,

There are three optimum chest exercises you should do for some decent 'pecs':
1) Chest Press - flat bench, nice wide grip
2) Incline Press - bench on a 35 degree angle, bringing the bar/dumbbells down to near your collar bone
3) Decline Press - on a decline bench, wide grip, bringing dumbbell/bar to your pec line!.

These three exercises, in sets of 10-12 at a high weight level in three sets done regularly should begin to shape the area!.

Push up's are king , but you need to do 2 or 300 a day , 100 in the morning in set's of 20 and 100 during the day and 100 in the evening !
you will have a chest like king kong after 3 month's !Www@Answer-Health@Com
