Question: I need a to loose alot of weight fast!!?
Anyone got any tips!? diets that have worked !? exercise !? meal plans etc !.

Try this it really worked for me!. i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height!. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time!. ( i know the machines aren't that accurate)!.
My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines!. (300 calories ish)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories!. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles!.
Dessert; 250 calories!.!.maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea!.

Diets Don't Work!!

Seriously they just DON'T!

There is no Miracle cure for losing weight unless you completely change your lifestyle and that is just be being blunt sorry!

Increase the exercise! Do sit ups every night even if you can only manage one or two is better then nothing and you can increase them over time!.

Also walking a dog for an hour a day is so good for you! Try shopping with friends or pick a sport you really love and keep doing it!

Exercise is much more important then food intake in my opinion!.

But with your food, don't eat until the plate is empty, eat until you are full, most people will force themselves, me included to finish the plate but its a habit people need ot break out of!

There is no cure, pill, surgery or magic thing to make you lose weight, you need to change your life!

what i've done, and worked, is eat only vegetables and beans(for protein) I lost 30 pounds in one month by doing that, and of course going to the gym twice a day, early in the morning when nobody is there, and when I got home from work, and drinking only water!. hope this helps!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way too lose weight quick is to break a sweat!. While you are working out wear heavy clothes that will make you sweat a lot especially when you are doing your cardio!. Of course you still have to have a good diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
