Question: Would this person lose weight if she ran 40 minutes a day!?
She is a 33 year old white female!.
her height is 5'7 and she currently weighs 160 lbs!.
She can currently run 3!.7 miles in 40 minutes!.
She use to be in the Army on active duty!.

She is joining the Army reserves and she needs to lose some weight in order to come within Army weight standards!.

You won't loose a single pound if you eat badly!. If you eat healthy, you will loose weight!. Eat healthy, portioned sized meals!. Also, if she wants to get a real kick on her weight loss, tell her to do some weight training!. Weight training in itself can make you loose weight!. Not saying cardio isn't important but you can loose more faster with the weight training!.
