How do you make your biceps bulge?!


Question: How do you make your biceps bulge!?
i want to make my biceps bulge without flexing
what are the exercises that can make this possible

flexing is what makes them bulge!. the only thing that will make your biceps more noticable is to work them out!. Do curls and stuff to make them bigger- also do tricep workouts, because if your triceps are bigger they'll push your bi's out and make them look even bigger than they are!.

Big arms are a result of hours of hard work in the gym, so get in there and get to work!.!. there is no ASAP magic method!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Want to know the reason(s) why some people look like they have "buldging biceps w/o flexing!?

1) They work out regularly and their Bicep and Tricep Bracii are taunt from it and Hypotrophed ( enlarged)

2) They have a low body fat so there is less " protective skin" on top of the muscle, so you end up getting more of a buldged look!.

Ok, so you are doing these things ( working out and burning fat) but you want to offer the illusion of having " Buldging Biceps "!?

It is as simple as a wardrobe switch

Start wearing tighter shirts!. If you are normally a large, go down to a medium!. If your abs havent caught up then wear a tank top Underneath it ( tucked in to keep excess from showing) If the shirt is too short!.!.!. put it on the floor, step on the shoulders and grab the bottom with your hands!.!. now lightly, but firmly stretch the material!.!. Don;t worry, if it is cotton it will give!.!.!.!.!.!. Put it on and leave it untucked and POOF!!! you have the illusion of sleeve stretchign biceps until your workout regimen catches up!.

Unless you already have decent sized arms, and just need sometihng to boost vascularity, the best advice I can give you is to start putting on more muscle, and eventually the size of your biceps will always be noticable to everyone!.

Also, do not overlook the TRICEPS!!!!!! The triceps are visibly much larger, and make up 2/3 of the visual part of the region!. You should never focus on just one muscle group, as this will make you look foolish rather than cool in the eyes of those whom it really matters!.
