Question: Can you see if i'm overweight!?
Can you see if i'm overweight, these are my measurements:
Gender:male
Age:15(16 in 2months)
Height:176cm(5'9'1/2)
Weight:57kg(116-120pounds)
Waist:29 inches(at naval ring circumference)
Hips:33 inches(widest part)
thighs:19'1/2 inches(top most widest part)
calf: 13 inches
Biceps: 11inches(flexed)

I just feel like i'm really overweight and fat!.

You are nowhere NEAR overweight!. The average adult man is 5'9" and 190 lbs!. The people in your class might appear a lot skinner than you because you are much more grown up than them!. You are already taller than the average man, and weigh much less!. As you grow older, you will have bigger muscles (as you clearly do) and will overall seem thicker!. This does not make you fat, it makes you more of a man than your peers!.

Another problem is that it is really hard to get comparison between yourself and those in your class!. You can never see yourself from a distance the same way you see them!. The view from looking down on the rest of your body, or in a mirror are not accurate!. Plus the clothes you wear can drastically effect how you look!. You aren't overweight at all, so don't be so hard on yourself!. If you are really struggling with that issue, try talking to your school counselor!. Talking to your counselor doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with you!. They are there to help you deal with things that stress you out such at this!.

After you talk to your counselor, you could try eating a more balanced diet and exercising regularly if you are still concerned!. The most important part is that you are healthy, not that you are a certain weight!. Look at http://www!.mypyramid!.gov/ for ideas about how much of each food group you should be eating in a day!. Eating a balanced diet will ensure that you get all of the vitamins that you need to keep growing and to stay a healthy weight!. To build tone that will make you look nice and lean, try joining a sports team at your school or biking or walking around your neighbor hood or a local park a few days a week!.

You most definitely are not even close to overweight or fat!. You are actually UNDERweight if anything!. Try your best to stay healthy, talk to your counselor, and don't compare yourself to others in your class!. All of you are growing at that age, some of you faster than others!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By just looking at it, you're no where near overweight!. Since you're tall and you ownly weigh about 57kg!. If you're unsure, google "Calculate BMI" and type in your height and weight to find your BMI!. If your BMI ranges around 18!.5-24!.5, you're normal weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
