Question: I am disgusting and obese - WEIGHT HELP, PLEASE!?
Okay, so I am complete fatty at 5'5'' and 145 lbs and 15 years old!. (ew, i know, i'm disgustingly obese)
I NEED TO LOSE 45 LBS!.
So basically!.!.!. how long will this take me to lose 45 lbs if I eat about 800 calories a day and do 90 minutes of cardio at the gym 4 times a week!?!?!? By the way, i'm female!.
Please help - I will be ever so grateful!. Thank you!.

Expect to lose about 3-5 lbs per week at that rate, just stay healthy and hydrated!. Women fluctuate a lot too because of your period so dont let small setbacks deter or depress you!. Exercise is a life-long lifestyle, not something you should give up afterwards!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. If you lose 45 pounds, you will be underweight!. "Disgustingly" underweight, as you might put it!.
2!. If you eat 800 calories a day, you will pass out!. Really, you will not be able to stand up without falling down again!. You'll be miserable, and then you'll start binging- aka eating uncontrollably without being able to stop or even comprehend what you are doing!.
3!. These are all signs of disordered eating!. If you actually follow through with this, you will have anorexia, you will go to the hospital, and your heart will be so weak that it won't be able to beat anymore!.

Trust me, I had anorexia for a very long time, and I was miserable!. Recovery is even harder, IF you even make it to recovery!. Please, talk to your doctor if you want to lose weight, or talk to a nutritionist!. Asking a serious question like this on yahoo! answers is like asking a Japanese person to teach you German!. Ask a doctor if you are genuinely thinking about following through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you should lose 45 lbs, thats too much!. Try for 20 at the most!. Also, eat at least 1200 calories a day, 800 is depriving yourself too much!. You don't want to develop an eating disorder!. Make sure you eat plenty of healthy things and get vitamins, and I would work out 5 or 6 days a week, but don't push it to where it could be dangerous!.!.!. 90 mins sounds like a lot!. When I was on cross countr, I never worked out for more than an hour, and those were serious workouts, now I usually do about 30 mins of cardio and that is fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WHOA WHOA WHOA!!!! first of all, your not obese at all!. and people who are obese would probably take offense to the fact that you just said 145lbs is obese!. second, you dont need to lose 45lbs!. thats just unhealthy!. if you think your overweight its probably just your fat to muscle ratio!. you'll want to have a trainer to check your bodyfat!. it should be around 14% for you right now!.

this is important, eating 800 calories a day will make you fatter!. sound dumb!? well the body has this thing it goes into when it doesn't get enough calories to work!. its called famine mode and your body will store sugar, carbs, fat, and anything else as fat tissue!. it does this because it figures it wont be getting nutrients for a while so it might want to stock up on energy!. if your going to be running and working out 4 days a week, you'll need more calories and more protein!. this is the only way to lose weight and tone muscle!.

I think you should go to losing to approximately 15 pounds if anything!. If you lose 45 pounds you would look very unpleasant!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
