Which lunch is healthier?!
Question: Which lunch is healthier!?
lunch 1:
peanut butter sandwich (2 tbsp peanutbutter on 2 slices of whole wheat bread)
1 box of raisins (1/4 cup)
1 plum or apple
lunch 2:
turkey and lettuce whole wheat wrap (2 slices of turkey)
1 box of raisins
1/4 cup almonds (1 serving)
1 piece of fruit
which is healthier!?
why!?
is there antyhing i could exchange to make it even healthier!? antyhing i could add/minus!? any other healthy lunch ideaS!?

I would say the second one because you get protein, some veg, good fat from the almonds, fruit, its just a lot more balanced I'd say!. Either is fine, but the second one is better more often!.

As long as you are using all natural peanut butter, these meals are about the same!. If you want to get technical, almonds are better for you than peanuts, and a whole wheat wrap is better for you than 2 slices of whole wheat bread!.
What would I do!? Probably have meal 2 on M/W/F and meal 1 on Tu/Th!. You should also be using a green lettuce rather than iceberg!. For meal 1, you could add a veggie!. Celery or carrots or something!.

lunch 2 is healthier because the peanut butter wil have more saturated fat in tit instead of turney and lettuce!. the turkey will be good 4 your muscles, giving you fibre while the lettuce will help give you dietry fibres for your body!. the raisins were in both lunches, the almonds will help with your dietry system and the fruit help with stomach acids!.

i'd have to say lunch 2
lunch 2 has more texture and is more varied than lunch 1!.
you get fiber from lettuce and fruits, protein from turkey and almonds, small amount of fat, sugars from fruits (for energy), carbohydrates from bread, etc!.

Lunch 1: remove the raisins and add a vegetable or two
Lunch 2: remove the fruit or raisins and add 1 or 2 vegetables, and add
tomato and cucumber slices to the wrap!.
