Help losing 20 pounds..?!

Question: Help losing 20 pounds!.!.!?
I'm 24, I just found out that I have Polycystic Kidney Disease, and I read on the internet that maintaining a healthy weight(among other things) could bring down the chances of kidney failure at a later age!.

So!.!.!. I weigh 165, I'm 5'5, and I would like to go no lower than 145!. What are some exercises that I could do, to slowly lose weight!? What are some foods!?

I was thinking about becoming a vegetarian(because I don't really eat meat, or processed foods anyways), but I'm not sure if it will make me go lower than 145 lbs!.

I don't drink soda!. I drink mainly water and juices(non sugar filled), and I just recently cut out caffeine(which is horrible)!.

Any diet plans would be very appreciated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Being vegetarian doesn't automatically make you lose weight!. This is a huge misnomer!. Don't become a vegetarian to lose, and don't be afraid to be a vegetarian because you think you'll lose too much!.

How you get to 145 all depends on what you want your body to look like!. Figure out some FITNESS goals, not weight goals, and email 'em to me!. I'll help you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, I'd try weight watchers!. I absolutely love it and its not a diet ~ it really is a lifestyle!. Its also very healthy so there's no danger in it at all!. AND, you no longer have to go into meetings; you can do everything online!.

I have so much support and really do not ever foresee myself not being on the plan!. I have only another 10 pounds to lose before I'm maintaining and I could not be happier with how I look and feel, emotionally and physically!.

Before WW, I tried everything under the sun!. The diets always worked but when I attempted to maintain, I gained so much weight back (what I lost and then some)!. Plus, I was always feeling deprived!. Now, I never feel deprived and honestly am really happy ~ and proud!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
