well 2000 is quite alot of food to tempt eatting your body may not adjust right away always take it in as a slow change eatting alittle more each day or each week to monitor ur weight and see how far u can push it of course exercise is key I wouldn't tempt it I eat less now then I have been its just too much food to eat in a day and really not always good if u miss a meal and its all put on at one time, ur body will get sick!.!. but yea key is to stay motivated eat healthy of courses and drink plenty of fluids and raise it slowly and gradually so ur body can take to the change and not fell overwhelned Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you're 4-foot-8, you have no business being 95 pounds!. Just eat 2000 calories, making sure you get 5 fruits and veg, some fiber, some protein and 8 glasses of water, and the occasional fast food meal or heavy snack!. Your weight will normalize to where it should be to keep you from having organ failure or becoming retarded!.
