If i eat don't count calories will this work?!


Question: If i eat don't count calories will this work!?
if i eat two things at each meal like for example serving of rice and cup milk, or a container single of yogurt and apple etc!.!. for each meal and snacks so its paired with protien and a grain or fruit or veggie or dairy but will this be okay to keep me fom having to count calories if each meal and snack i do that like my plan is breakfast, lunch snack, dinner , dessert will it work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

some people are just rediculous any who hun whatcha gotta do is find a good middle of every thing i like to say pairing things is good If i have an apple maybe a slice of cheese with it or a grain with fruit I keep it going and staying active is alwso key when changing a diet or making it your new outlook I changed my whole diet and lost and toned up I don't eat as much but its because my body slowly grew to the change and that could happen if u wanted to say rasise calories or just eat freely with out thinking the average girl eats up to 2000 but they say since fast food has hit the US were over weight and its not the carbs not the food produced at home but at fast food chains!.!. a common middle would be making sure you take in alot of vitamins to keep your body on defense and to definitely try things but in moderation you could say have a slice of cheese cake or a philadelphia cheese cake bar and it won't have affect on you!. even a yogurt parfait !. from lessons of hearing many preach you should never deprive your body of what it wants and as long as theres moderation u can eat!.!.!. US used to eat as much rice as much what e ver but in small portions like say u take a dinner plate you make a little serving of white rice which is half a cup and 4 ounces of chicken which is ur palm and a cup of mixec veges or steamed ones now they say when u make a meal make sure you use more veges or fruit in the dish and have a protein source in every meal and grain and keep it different colors!.!.!. as an example that would be a perfect meal with out having to count the callories!.!.!.Before I left to NY i was in a institutuion that for meals
all i would eat was 2 pieces of chicken breast seasoned every meal this is exactly what i had a nice serving of veges a cup at least that was the meal and in between dannon yogurt at least three of them and for breakfast 2 boxes or 3 of cheerios and a piece of fruit a banana now its not rocket sicence but thats not bad day at all kinda fell short if i added say a baked potato with the lunch and dinner it be perfect meal so its fine for u to eat and not worry about calories just make a perfect plate for each meal and healthy snak of cottage cheese and fruit or nuts and fruit or any thing and ur good but don't put too much calories that u have to work extra hard to keep u don't wanna get sick doing so

Well I'm a bodybuilder/power lifter and I think counting calories is ridiculous, you're diet sounds even more ridiculous, eat whatever you want, as much as you want just keep it healthy/unprocessed food, dont worry about calories!. If you start gaining a little bit of weight start jogging a little bit, guys like girls who are toned, not anorexic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
