This question can't not be answered!. Fat can vary from age, gender, weight, height, and what your looking for!. If your just eating healthy then 25% of your calories is good enough!. (So if your on a 2000 calorie diet means you eat 55g of fat a day!.)

To find this out do

TOTAL CALORIES x PERCENT = CALORIES FROM FAT / BY 9
So!.!.!.
2000 x !.25 = 500 then 500 / 9 = 55!.5g of fat

If you want to know for carbs and protein, it's dividing by 4!.

A base line is 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should reduce them as much as possible, but more important is the type of fats!.
