How can I loose the weight as fast as possible without furthering my injury?!


Question: How can I loose the weight as fast as possible without furthering my injury!?
I have had multiple ankle sprains in my life!. I fell on my college campus about a month ago and injured my ankle yet again!. The doctor said that i would have been better off just breaking it because it is so weak and that I should refrain from any hard weight on it for a few months or else i have to get surgery!.

Now i havent run in a month and have put on about 7 pounds!. I know I need to alter my diet, and am in the process of cutting down!. How can i lose this weight without hurting my ankle more!? I was a advocate runner and seem to be in pain on a elyptical or bike!.!.!.!. help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

since your ankle is still weak, id say to just do exercises that are done sitting or lying down!. right now, just dont jump or run!. just eat smaller portions and hula-hoop or sit-ups or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
