Help me with advice or website?!


Question: Help me with advice or website!?
I have been fat all my life!.I weighed 210 lbs at age 12!.I am now 28 and weigh 260,I have tried diets and exersize but don't lose and I am constantly hungry on a diet!.I went to a gym with a trainner,followed the diet to a T and lost 2 lbs in 3 months!.I have been checked for thyroid and all sorts of stuff and nothing is wrong with me!.WHat can I do to lose the weight!.I do not want surgery or a lap band!.I want to do this with diet,exersize and advice!.Is there a support group online for really fat people and what would you do !?!? Has the fat been on my body so long that it will not burn off!? is it stuck or what!? What suppliments can I take to stop myself from constantly feeling hungry,my stomach growls all the time!.THANKS

well im glad that uve decided to stick with the dieting and exercise approach!. that really is the only way!. you should definately be following a diet plan!. i'll tell you a basic strategie is to eat 4-6 small meals a day while working out!. this way your body burns extra calories at rest and because of the extra nutrients you give it, it will be more tha happy to burn off extra fat!. the body only stores fat because it thinks its going to use it eventually!. so if you give it enough nutrients, and a reason to use the stored fat, it will gladly use it!. try to keep your carbs and fats low so your body will focus on what it already has!. keep your protein high and calories around 2000 spead out from 4-6 meals a day!.

as for the exercising, make sure that when you exercise, you keep your intensity high!. that is the key that most people, even trainers, fail to recognize!. you can workout all day!.!.!.but if your heart rate isn't up, dont bet on losing weight!. try circuit training and bodyweight exercises after your walks!. a good one is to do pushups, then go straight into crunches, then go straight into jump squats!. try and do 20 each and then take a 1 minute break!. do this for 4 sets and develop your own workout to follow after that!.!.!.maybe walking lunges, then biceps curls, and lat pulldowns, then break!.

your best bet is always going to be to learn all you can about fitness!. there is a science to it, and once you learn it, you can get anything you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
