I am a teenager who lost 56 pound sand have been maintaining it for over a year , 4 Day s i week i do 45 Min's of strength training and 30 Min's of some kind of cardio( elliptical,dance,volleyball, treadmill, etc) I have a fast metabolism from strength training so i eat about 2,500 calories to maintain my weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
I exercise 6 days a week, cardio 3 times a week, weights all six days (different forms and different routines), and ab routines 4 times a week!. I aim for about 2,000 calories, I'm 5'10", and weigh 155 lbs!. 17 years old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am 18, I am 6'3 and I weigh around 11-12 stone!. I hardly ever exercise although some times I might walk to me town ect!. I can eat what I want when I want and not put on weight!. I am what some might call!.!.!.!.!. Evil!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
