Question: Were my meals healthy!?
This were my meals yesterday!.

Breakfast - Honey nut shredded wheat, glass of orange juice!.

Lunch - Beef + vegetable curry and rice and a drink of coke

Dinner - Home made shepherds pie with mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, sweetcorn and green beans) and a drink of milk!.

Snacks - Lunchable and a chocolate mini roll!.

Your meals do sound healthy and well balanced!. Make sure to mix up what you eat every day though so that you don't continually eat the same thing!. Eating the same "healthy" meals every single day turns out to be unhealthy in the end!.
