Weight problems - help with diet plan.?!


Question: Weight problems - help with diet plan!.!?
I met somebody on the internet who said she was having problems with her weight, she asked me for advise but I don't know if I can give her much because although I am very skinny, I eat a lot!.

She said she weighs 84 kg and is 170 cm tall!. How much is that exactly in pounds!? Is she really as fat as she says she is or just a bit over weight!?

Please help me with a diet and exercise plan, I really want to help her because she told me that if she can't get rid of her extra weight she's going to start to become anorexic and I know that it isn't very nice because I know people who have suffered from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She's about 5' 7" tall and weighs 185lbs if what she has told you is correct!. She could be overweight depending on her build (think about two sisters who play tennis--they are big but are not overweight)!. But even if is pear-shaped and flat-chested 185 isn't that bad!. If she is like any other woman she could be probably overcome what she considers to be a weight problem just by lifting weights to tighten up and doing some aerobics during the week to shed a few pounds!.--Lord knows I'm guilty!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1) walking as much as possible!.
2) eating natural food veg,fruits etc!.
3) drinking as much as water!.
4) running!. little till u become slim!.
5) don't think being fat is not good actually it is a sine of "happy personality"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
