was it worth it!? were the side effects tolerable!? how were you able to adjust to all the lifestyle changes!?
i've heard that it's less risky than gastric bypass and i'm considering doing it!. i'm at the end of my rope right now with my weight!. i've got some health concerns that worry me, and i'm depressed too!. i've tried for years to lose the weight through lifestyle changes, but i'm not successful!. A lot of question, good!. Anyone who wants to know as much as they can before surgery has the right attitude!.
I am just like you!. Every diet I have ever had went the same way!. I would do great for 6-9 months!. I would loss up to 50 lbs!. I would then gain all the weight back plus some!. At my top weight, I was 490lbs!. Yes, that is almost a quarter ton!.
I had the band put in on May 12, 2008!. It was the best thing I have ever decided to do in my life!. I'm down 87lbs!. My Knee's and Back hurt a little still, but not like they did before!. My heath has improved a lot!. For the first time in my life, I have real hope that my life will be different!. That I won
