Answers:
Truthfully, that's about what it's like!.

For the average person, it would take two miles just to burn off the calories from a single can of soda!.

Really, it is MUCH easier to burn calories through diet restrictions than through exercise!. Exercise is terrific and it can help and has other benefits than just burning calories, but changing caloric intake can be more drastic than a lot of exercise!.

Otherwise, avoid preprocessed foods as these tend to have way more calories than you'd think!. Most of them are absorbed easily and quickly and they don't have that many nutrients!.

Make your own food and you'll control what you're putting into your body!. High fiber foods will make you feel full faster and sustain your fullness longer!. Foods like tomatoes and blueberries will provide you with healthy anti-oxidants that will help you heal faster after exercise and they have a lot of fiber without adding that many calories!.

You can eat more lean meat like fish (especially salmon) and that will give you good protein and healthy fats!.

Eating legumes (Beans and peas) will give you a lot of fiber with healthy fats and lots of protein and iron!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

good that you exercise - but thats not a good reason to eat more - sounds like you are eating ready meals which is never as good as fresh food , keep up the exercise keep under 2000 calories a day (look at what you drink to) and you should be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
