Is My Food Plan For Tomorrow Good?!


Question: Is My Food Plan For Tomorrow Good!?
I Want To Eat:
- Breakfast: a pb&j sandwhich(one-one & a half tbs of pb&j on 2 slices of Saralee Toast!) Then A Side Of Some Salted Peanuts!. Homemade Smoothie: 1 large banana, 4 strawberries, & a splash or two of 2% milk(i dont have skim:( !.)
- Lunch: Tuna Sandwich(2 slices of Saralee Toast, a tbs of Tuna, a small amount of LIGHT mayo(i dont like mayo), cheddar cheese, lettuce, & yellow peppers with a side of one big pickle! :) !. Ill drink: water
- Dinner: a plate of plain white rice(i dont have brown rice, i should get though, lol), white meat chicken, steamed peppers, & steamed carrots! Then Ill Have A Side Of Salad(has: lemon juice, iceberg lettuce, & one glove of garlic) !. Ill drink some O!.J!. too!.
- Dessert: one caramel apple(one whole one = 140 calories)!. (Tomorrow Will Be My Treat Day" I Havent Had A Treat For About One Week!) lol!.

Here Are My Questions:
- Did I Eat Healthy Today!?
- Did I Eat Enough Today!?
- AROUND how many calories will I eat!. (If you dont know around how many cal!. I ate say something like "you ate around 800-1000 calories!." Make A Range!

Sounds like 1200 to 1600 without looking it up in the calorie book!.
Get a ton of exercise and you will be as fit as we are!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You ate sort of healthy!. You have a lot of veggies, which is always good!. Try to incorporate more whole grains instead of starchy white ones!. It seems like you ate a good amount, but not too much!. Only you can really judge how much is too much!. I guess you had maybe around 2000 calories, maybe more, which might be good or might be bad depending on your BMI (height, weight, age!.!.)!. You seem like you are off to a good start, just make sure to have whole grains in your diet and lots of protein and you will be fine! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. In general, you could pick several other alternatives that are far healthier!. For instance:
-Choosing whole grains rather than white bread and rice!.
-Steaming vegetables removes vitamins when you wash away the water!. Raw vegetables have far more vitamins in them!.
-Skim milk is healthier!.
-I'm not sure if PB&J for breakfast is a good idea!. Instead, try only reduced fat peanut butter!. The jelly could send you crashing later in the day!.
-Salted peanuts aren't a good idea, either!. You want to keep a low-sodium diet!.

2!. You certainly ate enough, though I would suggest breaking your meals into three plus healthy snacks in between!.
