Question: Will I lose 25 lbs before February 6th<--- my birthday!?
I weigh 150 lbs!. And I want to lose 25 lbs!. I go to the gym every day but sundays!. I eat healthy, I drink water!. Do you think that I will lose 25 lbs in 5 months!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just lost about 30 lbs in 6 months ( about 140 - 113, size 10/12 - 2)!. It is very possible!. I started out slow, the first month I had a goal of running a mile without stopping (seriously I was THAT out of shape)!. The second month I trained for a 5k that my work was sponsering!.!.!.!. Now I run 3 miles every other weekday morning and 5 on saturdays!. I also weight train 3 times a week and take spinning class (spinning burns about 500 cals in 45 mins!!)!. It depends on your exercise routine and how hard you work!.
Jog 20-45 mins!. 4-6 days per week!.
Weight train 4 days per week every other day!.
