Question: Starting at a new gym!.!.!.!?
in the past my gyms have always put together a program for me of what to do and such but i'm going to my school gym now and they don't offer any support so i'm looking for some help, the goal is to loose weight!.!.!.
can you please suggest what machines or free weights that i should use do!.!.!. or just want your routine is when you go to the gym!.!.!.

Try some things, and write down your results or whatever!. Keep track and try to make progress!. Bicycle Sit-Ups are proven very effective, and work your triceps if you don't want those flabby arms some old women have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
