I need instructions for the suzanne summers butterfly trainer?!


Question: I need instructions for the suzanne summers butterfly trainer!?
I found my old butterfly bar trainer in the garage but cannot find the instructional companion video!. Some of the exercises are obvious, well 3 so far anyway, does anyone know the rest!? there are supposed to be 12 exercises in the routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
