Is this a good workout/exercise plan?!


Question: Is this a good workout/exercise plan!?
Okay, so I weigh 125, 5'4'', and I'm 14!. I want to lose a couple of inches off my thighs and just basically tone my body!. I'm not fat, but i'm not in shape either!. So I'm going to do pushups, arm raises with weights, lunges, squats, etc!. during the weekday, and then 2 days out of the weekend, I'll run for about an hour!. I know to eat well!. But is this an efficient plan to go by!.

And will I be able to lose inches, and how long will it take!. I'm hoping 4-6 weeks!.

you might notice a slight difference in 4-6 months, not because you're doing anything wrong, but that's just how it goes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
