Question: Need help!!! Please!!!!!!!?
What are some ways to lose belly fat!? I have fat around my butt and my thighs!. And I go to the gym!. I do treadmill 10 minutes bike 10 min and lift weights 15 min!. I would like to be in size 8 jeans!.

I go to the gym 6 days a week!. I do walk to the gym!. I drink a lot of water every day!. I eat healthy!. I go for walks when I can't seem to have time to get to the gym!. I am 23 1/2 Female and weighs 150 lbs!. My weight goal is to be at 125-130!. My pant size between 12 and 10!.
My goal for jeans is size 7 or 8!.

I am going clothes shopping at the beginning of the year!.

How long do you think it will take me to get down to 125-130 and get into size 7 or 8 jeans!.

I would like to be 125-130 around my birthday which falls on February 6th!. Do you think I will be able to achieve my goal in 4 1/2 months!. If I keep going to the gym and walking!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing good!. The most important component to weight loss is eating healthy!. This means no processed food, none, nada!. Keep doing what you are doing, but focus on what you're eating more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to lose 20 pounds by your birthday you will have to burn about 600 calories per day more than you are eating!. If you eat a normal healthy diet then you will probably be consuming about 2000 calories!. That means you will have to burn at least 2600 calories per day to reach your goal!. That seems pretty reasonable with the amount of exercise that you are doing!.
