Losing a lot of weight?!


Question: Losing a lot of weight!?
I asked a question before about how to lose weight, and I'm trying to get as much help as I can!.

I've been battling losing weight for years!.
I've always been overweight and it's ALWAYS bothered me!.

I've tried so hard to drop the pounds, but I can't!.

First of all I overeat, I eat unhealthy food, and I eat late at night, and I snack all the time!.
I tried eatting less, eatting smaller portions, quitting the snacking, drinking water, and exersizing, and i stick to it for a couple of days and do great!.!.!. but when i start to crave the foods and the sweets i can't tell myself no!. i just say, "oh well," or "i don't care about how i look anyway cuz i know i cant lose weight"

its really hard for me because my whole family is overweight and they by chips and cakes or candy or soda and i get pressured into eating it because im depressed with my family life!. i go to food for comfort!.

bottom line is i need tips, i need help, i need answers!.

what can I do to keep the weight off and lose it firstly!?!?!?

I'm not helping you for appearance reasons, I'm helping you so you can become toned and healthy!.
The battle of the bulge is something many of Americans deal with today, and good for you for standing up to fight it!. I wouldn't recommend eating food in smaller meals though!. Here are some healthy tips that work!.



-Don't eat smaller meals!. In fact, I'm recommending to snack!. It is proven that grazing is more effective and healthier then making your three meals smaller!. Grazing is eating smaller meals or snacks whenever you feel hungry!. This keeps your body satisfied, and it also gives your body just enough fat to burn off, not to store!.

-No pills or crash dieting!. These are extremely unhealthy for you, and the pills may make you high, and stop your heart!.

-Drink a cup of cold, natural green tea before you go to bed, and when you wake up!. Also, eat a lot of hot peppers!. These things will speed up your metabolism!. More metabolism foods are foods with bran in them, like granola cereal or banana bran muffins!. I highly recommend them!.

-Convince you family to diet with you!. Go with your parents when they go shopping, and help them buy nutritious foods, and one bag of chips per week!. Do not let them buy soda!. Buy foods with the health check labels, and read the ingredients when buying cereals!. If it has sugar, glucose, or sucrose in the first four ingredients, don't buy it!. If you must have a sweet cereal, buy something with honey as the sweetener, like Honey Bunches of Oats!. This is a great cereal to lower cholesterol, and lose calories!.

-Exercise daily!. I know this is something most people dread, but it is the most fastest way to lose weight!. Plan yourself an exercise routine, and stick with it!. Yoga is also a good exercise!. Not only will you become flexible and energized, the speed yoga and complicated moves will help you sweat off those pounds!. It will also make you feel energized!.

-I recommend proactive yogurt, it actually does help to regulate your body!. You will find yourself going to the bathroom more, and feeling so much healthier just after four weeks!.!.!.or less!.

-Drink A LOT of milk and water! Also, taking vitamin supplements help!. This will keep you healthy and hydrated, which most people risk while dieting!.

Ok try having a snack after work or school or whatever but make it a banana or grapes somthing healthy!.
Other than that only eat meals like eggs for breakfast (protein is important) Maybe a sandwich for lunch with a yogurt(don't use condements) and a well balanced dinner (vegies and meat)
It's not totally cutting down and it's heatly to do this

-feel comfortable with your weight!.

-buy some cute clothes!.

-&& go running, it makes you feel so much better!.

I garentee you'll start forgetting little by little about food, and focus on you!. Hey, talk to some guys too, to bring up the confidence if it's low!.
You'll lose weight!. Just do this!.!.!. run everyday, and drink cold water before bed!. Cold water increased matabolism!.

cut all breads ans starches i promise you it will immediatly come off put your mental cravings away drink lots of water and yogurt to keep you full!.!.!. go walk around the block and if your up to it runn !.!.!.!.!.eat lots of fruit and measure what you eat stay away from red meat eat chicken :]] salad and dont give up there will always be light at the end of the tunnel !.!. i also use hydroxycut to add an extra boost good luckkk :]] Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, you need to learn self discipline!
No matter how much info people give you if you are not willing to do it nothing will change!.
I suggest getting a personal trainer!!
If you are serious about losing the weight and getting fit, get a trainer today! Don't put it off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know it sounds a little drastic but keep your own food supply of heathy things to eat and have the rest of the family store their food in a locked container so you are forced to eat healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the first thing you need to do is convince yourself that you can lose weight and know that it is possible for you to look the way you want to because if you don't know that then how will you ever lose weight!?
Okay, so after you do that you should basically just try to eat healthier!. There are so many yummy low calorie foods that you can eat!. Replace chips and junk food with fruits and vegetables!. Don't give into your cravnings!. Weigh yourself and notice the progress you are making!. There are many diet plans that you could try and those may wor for you!. Honestly i believe that dieting on your own plan is best!.

Ok - first of all this is going to sound mean but - STOP READING ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT AND GO FOR A WALK - ok sorry about that!.

I also have battled with my weight for most of my life!. I was a fat kid, akward in HS, gained more weight in college!.!. but today i can say --- I lost about 30 lbs in 6 months ( about 140 - 113, size 10/12 - 2)!. I used to read these forums all the time looking for a fix and then i realized I just needed to do it! I needed to get into the gym and stop making excuses!. I started out slow, the first month I had a goal of running a mile without stopping!. The second month I trained for a 5k that my work was sponsering!.!.!.!. Now I run 3 miles every other weekday morning and 5 on saturdays!. I also weight train 3 times a week and take spinning class (spinning burns about 500 cals in 45 mins!!)!.

When you are tired and you just don't want to work out - don't feel discouraged and eat a pint of ice cream!.!.!. stand in your living room and do some squats, sit ups, jumping jacks, a few laps around your house!.!. you dont have to do a full work out!.!. do maybe 10 of each!.!. if you still feel like you are to tired to for a full work out, take the night off! you have to tell yourself that you CAN lose that weight!.
without you convincing yourself that you can, you wont be able to do it!.

drinking lotsss of water is really healthy & can help you lose weight!.
instead of drinking a coke or juice, drink some water!.
you'll need about 6-8 glasses a day!.

exercise, but don't over-do it!.
you cant lose all that weight in one day!. you can start with 20 sit-ups a day & go up from there!.
run regularly; it might be hard but if your really dedicated, you can do it!. if you exercise & drink enough water, you will have faster metabolism!.

EAT HEALTHY,
you might crave sweets& things, but you cant let those cravings get to you!.
when you get hungry, just grab a small snack!.
some fruit would be good instead of chocolate or something!.
they can fill you up & theyre good for you!.

It might help to see a nutritionist!.!.!.!.You need to stop snacking on unhealthy food!.!.!.If your hungry have an apple!.!.!.make your self a salad!.!.!.!.!.!.even if u want take out!.!.subway make a nice salad for $5 with a choice of chicken, tuna etc!.!.!.

Its ok to have some chocolate once in a while but if ur eating unhealthy and snacking everyday your not going to have much progress!.!.!.have a chicken wrap for lunch make sure your eating your vegies!.!.!.its ok to have a can of coke zero or anythign like that every second day!.!.!.!.!.from jsut doing all this i lost 2 kilos in less then a week from cutting out crap! and i kno its hardd but it pays off and youll be proud of yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com
