could i get knee damage when im older, if im 13 and do like 150 squats a night!?

Doing Squats will strengthen the muscles in your legs and will help prevent future joint damage!. Provided you are performing the exercise correctly!.
Always make sure on the downward movement your knee does NOT travel further forward than the line of your toes!. If they are you are going to be putting all the weight you are lifting (your body weight) onto the knee joint instead of the muscles surrounding!.
