What works to lose weight fast?!


Question: What works to lose weight fast!?
I have had to babies very close together!. I am 4'9" so i find it hard to lose the weight, what works and fast!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I once tried eating nothing but vegetables for a week and dropped about 4kg!. I also tried walking for 30 minutes before breakfast and after dinner and dropped a similar amount in a week!. It's not advisable to eat just vegetables for long periods but if you can do it a few days a week combined with some exercise before breakfast it may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To realy lose weight you will have to do a lot of exercice, preferably cardio, like running!. But what is also imporant is to adjust your food habits!. Stay away from sugar, drink lot's of water, eat lot's of fruit!. There is no way to lose weight fast, there are no magic pills wich will suck your fat away!. Diets are not favorable either cus once you get off them you will gain the weight you lost again!. You realy need to change your eating habits and exercise alot that's just the way it is!. If you lose weight fast, you will, without a doubt, gain it back fast and usually add a few pounds to boot!. There's a lot of diets out there where you can lose even more than not eating anything for a week, but they are unhealthy!. I used to tell people about them, but I don't think it's right anymore!. You have to eat, and you need nutrition, especially if your a mother and taking care of two little ones!.!.!.their Mom needs her strength!. There are a lot of healthy ways to lose weight, but you have to be realistic about it!. If you're trying to lose weight to get into a certain dress by a certain date, you can do it by losing water-weight, but it WILL be back!. If you are trying to lose weight permanently, you MUST eat often and healthy, exercise regularly and be smart about it!. Dieting doesn't work because your body will go into a "Starvation" mode and hold onto every last calorie and store it as fat just in case it thinks it's starving again!. If you eat often, your body relaxes and your metabolism will go back to burning your food much faster!. Fastest way is through cardio like running or skipping at least 4 times a week for a minimum of 20 mins each time!. If you did that plus cut out all junk food from your diet you would lose weight faster than by any other means and it would stay off!.

Certain diets don't work because you just lose water and then you pile the pounds back on again after you start eating so exercise is your most effective route to weight loss and toning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Two things:

1!. Lowering your caloric intake!. You have to burn off more calories than you take in!. This apparently simple concept is lost on many people!.

2!. Exercise!. You don't have to join the gym or become a body builder (although a 4'9" woman body builder would look pretty awesome)!. Walking is one of the best exercises you can get!. I'm assuming you take the baby out in the stroller!.!.!.go for a long brisk walk, at least 30 minutes without stopping, three time or more a week!.

The problem with "fast" solutions is that they're temporary!. Another poster mentioned water; that's one thing that goes back on fast!. The problem is that we gain weight over time, and you have to lose it over time as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try the red tea diet!. It works very fast in only 5 days!. After that just add more proteins and dairy light products to the menus to go on and go back to the main plan every month
