I lost 5lbs in the 1st week of dieting...is that good?!


Question: I lost 5lbs in the 1st week of dieting!.!.!.is that good!?
I'm just frusterated because the last 2-3 days, it was the same 5lbs!

I'm going to join a gym but is 5lbs in the 1st week good, bad, ok!?

I'm doing weight watchers, on my own!.
